It’s not your fault.
The ways we have been taught to deal with our internal battles may provide relief but not fully resolve your inner challenges. You may have gained insight and know better in your mind, but the rest of your psychology (emotions, beliefs, spiritual essence, and body wisdom) may not be completely on board. The result is you stagnate, living a fraction of the life that you are meant to be living.
