Hi,

It takes a positive attitude to be able to turnaround setbacks. So you had an annoying reschedule but you made use good of it, in the end, by using it to illustrate your blog article. Being in-the-flow is so vital that it's wise to create physical boundaries to protect the most important/delicate tasks e.g. 'do not disturb' sign on a door closed, phone on silent, while writing the top priority letter or report. Once the main task is complete you can then reconnect to the cut and thrust of everyday activity. Also it's an advantage to schedule quiet mini-breaks in the middle of a busy day as they can help to reset your equilibrium.

Cheers
